Meet the rest of the team

  • Natalie Pelser (Centre Manager)

    Centre Manager

Kia Ora / Goeie dag, My name is Natalie Pelser. Originally from the stunning landscapes of South Africa, I’ve found my home in the equally captivating beauty of New Zealand for the past several years. Specifically, I’ve come to cherish the enchanting locale of Beachlands and its close-knit community.

My academic journey led me through the halls of the University of South Africa, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Education ( Foundation Phase ). With a background in both Early childhood and Primary education, I’ve gained invaluable experience in these crucial developmental stages. What truly ignites my passion is delving into the intricacies of young minds and uncovering the ways we can equip them with the right tools and guidance to foster a lifelong love of learning.

On a personal note, I am a proud mother to a remarkable boy with additional needs. This has taught me immeasurable lessons about the importance of a nurturing environment in a child's growth, the significance of kindness, and the art of patience. This experience has also fuelled my commitment to inclusivity, providing tailored support to children and embracing the idea that every child's journey is respected and nurtured.

I hold the belief that every child possesses a distinct and individual way of learning and exploring, and I eagerly embrace the challenge of discovering their interests and facilitating their growth. Embarking on a new journey, I am thrilled to take on the role of Just Kidz Centre Manager. My aspiration is to cultivate a sense of trust, community, and a nurturing environment among the parents, whanau, and tamari as we collectively embark on this incredible voyage of learning and growth.

Hope to meet you all soon!

I have had eight years of experience in early childhood, and I am very passionate about caring for our tamariki. I look forward to getting to know you and your tamariki more.

  • Rebecca Wright (Qualified Teacher)

    Centre Manager

Hello, my name is Rebecca, I am a qualified and registered ECE teacher. A little bit about myself: I have three children aged 7, 5 and 7 months old. We love spending time together as a family, going on adventures and trying new things. We are often joined by our little dog, Daisy.

My teaching philosophy is based around Reggio, encouraging children to explore and question. I am a spontaneous teacher who takes advantage of spontaneous teaching moments. I love the outdoors and encourage children to explore their natural environment, make assumptions and conduct research.
